Leslie Nydick  

Leslie Nydick has 20 years of experience evaluating organizational strengths and weaknesses, and implementing the necessary changes to improve the functionality of the operation. She has a proven track record of success with applying her extensive expertise and skills in analyzing needs and implementing strategic plans for diverse internal and external clients at small and large organizations. These organizations are in various sectors, which include publishing, telecommunications, government, real estate, entertainment, financial services, and higher education.

Her leadership has been essential in the implementation of an innovative open office plan to facilitate the elimination of organizational silos; identifying and implementing opportunities to convert expenses into revenues; developing creative purchasing processes to consolidate buying power and reduce expenses; initiating cross-departmental teams to broaden corporate buy-in; initiating and leveraging strategic partnerships to facilitate the organization's missions; identifying and implementing outsourcing opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs; and redesigning technology systems to enhance services while decreasing costs.

She is a proven creative thinker and leader with strong communication, human relations, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills. She welcomes opportunities to share her expertise with others through teaching appointments and mentoring of high school and college students. Most recently, Leslie has developed and implemented a new training course to promote partnering.

Leslie earned her B.S. degree from Cornell University with a major in Facility, Planning and Management. Her awards include being selected as the initial recipient of Cornell's Human Ecology Award for outstanding achievement in career and community service, and being selected by Cornell's Board of Trustees to serve on the University Council.
